Zero-in Conference B.V. do not warrant that this website will be constantly available, or available at all; or that the information on this website is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading. Nothing on this website constitutes, or is meant to constitute, advice of any kind. Zero-in Conference B.V. and its assistants are not liable for any damages in connection with the information or the availability of this information. The event organizers are neither responsible nor liable for the content of any linked third party websites. Before you act on the information provided on this website or on any linked sites, it is advisable to verify the information first with the website owner and inquire about any applicable conditions. The content of this website may not be reproduced and/or published in any form or by any means, without Zero-in Conference B.V.’s prior written consent.
In the event that any services become unavailable for any reason, Zero-in Conference B.V., its appointed agents and other sub-contractors will make every effort to solve the problem or to supply alternatives of equal standard and value but no responsibility can be accepted for failure to provide the specific services.
In no event will Zero-in Conference B.V. be liable for any losses or damages (foreseeable or unforeseeable) including loss or damage to brought-in materials and products, loss of profits, loss of goodwill or damage to reputation, loss or corruption of data or any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, whether under tort, contract or other theories of recovery, as a result of the use of this website or as a result of participation in the event.
Paypal and Stripe handle the payment processing for tickets, and it’s terms and conditions are applicable for all ticket sales. Zero-in Conference B.V. are not liable or responsible for any business activities or unforeseen events of Paypal and Stripe, including moratorium, bankruptcy, or any other situation where Eventbrite and Stripe does not transfer the ticket sales to the event organizers.
By participating in Zero-in Conference 2018 you consent to the use of your image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded video display or other transmission or reproduction of the event. Furthermore, you agree, that you will not transmit or aid in transmitting any recording, description, account, picture, or reproduction of talks / workshops where the speaker explicitly asks you not to.
By participating in Zero-in Conference 2018 you agree to adhere to any additional house rules or regulations that apply. Violation of house rules or regulations can result in removal from the event and revocation of the ticket without the refund of any portion of the ticket price.
Ticket purchase Terms
Please read and understand the following terms and conditions as they are binding for all ticket purchase.
No exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances and tickets are not transferable and may not be resold. Zero-in Conference B.V. reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been transferred or resold and to deny any such Ticket Holder entry.
We reserve the right to cancel any ticket purchase made by any person or body whom we reasonably believe to be associated with any ticket broker or tout. Zero-in Conference B.V. reserves the right to refuse admission to any event or conference for any behaviour, which it deems unacceptable, or for breach of the terms and conditions.
The tickets purchased are for your own personal use or that of your business only and may not be re-sold or transferred for commercial gain under any circumstances, including but not limited to use as part of any promotion or competition. Where there has been any re-sale or attempted re-sale of any tickets (or any other breach of this term), we reserve the right to cancel the relevant tickets with immediate effect.
Refunds on purchased tickets are not possible but we will re-assign the name on the ticket if request is made more than 7 days before the commencement of the conference. Tickets with a special discount or any offer are not as standard eligible for a refund.
Zero-in Conference B.V. does not issue VISA’s for attendance of the Event. In the event that an attendee’s visa is not granted, tickets will not be refunded for any event or conference.
If you have been selected to volunteer at the event but have already bought a ticket, you are not eligible for a refund.
Students who have registered online for free tickets can only enter the Event if they provide a current student legitimation at the entry. Otherwise, no entry will be allowed. The same applies for students who are entitled to buy their tickets at the reduced price . In the case of no legitimate student identification being produced no refund will be issued.
Zero-in Conference B.V. reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any persons whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the Event by others.
Photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the Event with the prior permission of Zero-in Conference B.V., unless otherwise stated by the Organizer of the Event. Zero-in Conference B.V retains the right to have use of any media created during the festival by any party participating.
Zero-in Conference B.V. may postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
Entry to the Event is not subject to any age restrictions, unless otherwise stated by Zero-in Conference B.V.
